Why I cannot receive he verification code after registeration?
(1) Please confirm that you have input a correct email address:
a.The spelling of your email
b. Are there any space input?
c. Did you use a wrong email address?
(2) Sometimes the verification email might be sent to the SPAM/TRASH box by mistake.
Please confirm that the account ID and the password you entered is corret. There might be some reasons that makes you cannot registered a new account:
(1) the spelling of your account ID, the spelling of your password
(2) need captital letters or not
(3) did you press the Caps Lock or Num Lock button by mistake
You can delete your account by clicking on "Setting" Tag, and then choose"delete my account".
(it is reminded that you will not receive any survey invitation email after deleting your account for 1-5 days.)
(1) You can get back your password by clicking "Forget password".
(2) You can re-set your password by entering the verification code sent to your email.
You only need to click on the "Register now" button on the right top, and finish the registeration process by inputting you email address.
